The Building Trends Explorer lets you see where new construction is happening at the neighborhood level across all 2,020 census block groups in Utah. Each area is color-coded by the share of its housing stock built since 2020, with construction breakdowns, market context, and statewide benchmarks available when a circular marker is clicked. Built in partnership with Socio, the tool draws on publicly available Census data and is designed to support the kind of informed, community-level conversations that drive better growth decisions.
