Janine joined the Envision Utah team in 2025. She grew up in Seattle, Washington and did her undergraduate studies at Pacific University in Oregon. Janine has been the Executive Director for an adaptive outdoor adventure nonprofit as well as for a young adult treatment program. Janine has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Utah, completed the Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Businesses program, and is certified through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Janine currently serves as a board member for Salt Lake SHRM as well as the Liberty Wells Community Council.  

As the VP of Operations for Envision Utah, Janine is focused on nurturing a positive organizational culture, improving processes and systems, and ensuring that our work is as efficient and effective as possible.  

Janine enjoys backpacking during the summers, camping with her family, and attempting to perfect her sourdough baking skills.
