Jennilyn Tockstein joined Envision Utah in the summer of 2022 and has been an integral part of the planning team. As a Software Product Manager turned Project Manager with the Planning Team, she actively contributes to projects, leveraging her software management expertise and coding skills for efficient analysis and a unique perspective.

Jennilyn earned her Master's of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from American Public University in 2022, graduating with honors on the Dean's List. Committed to addressing the challenges facing the western built and natural environments, she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Planning and Sustainable Design. With a B.S. in English from Brigham Young University - Idaho, Jennilyn brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her work.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she is passionate about athletic and artistic endeavors, and enjoys exploring local mountain ranges with her family. In her free time, you can find her immersed in activities such as trail running, writing, canyoneering, skiing, and fishing.
